Getting started
Can I use Measure without connecting an account?
Yes. You can start with manual trade and journal entries, then add a supported account connection when you want more automation.
What can I keep with a trade?
Measure keeps structured trade details, timing, direction, result, screenshots, and journal context together so the trade can be reviewed later.
AI Chat
What does AI Chat use?
With active Pro AI access, the signed-in assistant can work with review context authorized for your account, including trades and journal notes. The public website support chat cannot access private account data.
Does Measure give trading signals?
No. Measure is a review and journaling product. It does not provide financial advice, guaranteed outcomes, or buy and sell signals.
Plans and support
Are monthly and yearly plans available?
Yes. Use the billing intervals and prices shown on the Pricing page. Plan changes and cancellation follow the terms shown in Billing.
How do I get account or billing help?
Email support@getmeasure.app from the address connected to your account. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or payment-card details.
